Tangy Pomegranate Yogurt Salad Dressing

A light and creamy dressing with a zippy finish. Refrigerate leftover dressing in an airtight container for up to five days.

Makes 6 servings


  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons good quality avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction* or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp) to desired taste / consistency


  • Combine all ingredients except juice in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add juice, whisk until incorporated.
  • Drizzle over your favourite salad.
