Pomegranate Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a sweet, delicious and filling meal to keep you moving on busy mornings. Customize this recipe by adding fruit, granola, yogurt or additional toppings to your liking.

Makes 1 Serving


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp)
  • 1/4 cup plant milk of choice, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh pomegranate arils to top


  • Combine oats, Red Crown Pomegranate Juice, 2 tablespoons of plant milk, salt and vanilla extract in jar or container. Stir to combine.
  • In separate bowl, mix remaining plant milk and chia seeds. Set aside for 2 minutes.
  • Add chia seed mixture to jar of oats and place in refrigerator overnight. Let set for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
  • Top your overnight oats with pomegranate arils and additional topping of choice.
