Pomegranate Mustard Baked Ham
Baked ham is a holiday wonder—easy to prepare, serves a crowd, and makes delicious sneak-to-the-fridge-in-the-middle-of-the-night leftovers. This mustard and pomegranate based glaze caramelizes to a beautiful rich brown.

Ingredients
- 1 large bone-in, fully baked ham
- 6 tablespoons brown mustard seeds
- ½ cup mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction
- ½ cup Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- Honey to taste
Instructions

Crush 4 tablespoons of mustard seeds in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Add to medium mixing bowl.

Add all other ingredients, including remaining uncrushed mustard seeds, and combine until well mixed.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, up to a week. Remove one hour before use.

Prepare, glaze and heat through ham as usual.
