Muddled Mint and Pomegranate Mojito Pitcher

Mojito reimagined: lush pomegranate flavour laced with bright, fresh mint. Whip this up straight in your serving pitcher.

Makes 8 servings


  • 1 large bunch or more fresh mint leaves, washed (reserving some leaves for garnish)
  • 3 cups Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp)
  • juice of 5 limes
  • 3 teaspoons white sugar (or more to taste)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3 cups (approx.) sparkling water
  • fresh pomegranate seeds (optional)


  • Add mint, lime juice and sugar to large drink pitcher.
  • Gentle muddle the mint (you can use a wooden spoon if you don’t have a muddler) to release its flavour.
  • Add pomegranate juice, then ice, then fill almost to top with sparkling water.
  • Stir with large spoon, garnish with reserved mint leaves and pomegranate seeds (optional).


Recommended utensil: cocktail muddler.
