Muddled Mint and Pomegranate Mojito Pitcher
Mojito reimagined: lush pomegranate flavour laced with bright, fresh mint. Whip this up straight in your serving pitcher.
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch or more fresh mint leaves, washed (reserving some leaves for garnish)
- 3 cups Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp)
- juice of 5 limes
- 3 teaspoons white sugar (or more to taste)
- 2 cups ice
- 3 cups (approx.) sparkling water
- fresh pomegranate seeds (optional)
Instructions

Add mint, lime juice and sugar to large drink pitcher.

Gentle muddle the mint (you can use a wooden spoon if you don’t have a muddler) to release its flavour.

Add pomegranate juice, then ice, then fill almost to top with sparkling water.

Stir with large spoon, garnish with reserved mint leaves and pomegranate seeds (optional).

Recommended utensil: cocktail muddler.
