Garden of Eden Kir Classic
Lusciously ruby coloured, easy drinking, and made instantly exotic with candied hibiscus flower garnish. The classic Kir cocktail calls for a dry white wine and is often served as an aperitif before meals.
Makes 2 servings
- 10 ounces dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris, chilled
- 4 ounces Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction*
- Candied hibiscus flowers for garnish (optional)*
Split pomegranate reduction between two wine glasses.
Slowly pour in wine, allowing colours to blend completely. Garnish with hibiscus (optional) and serve.
