Cranberry Pomegranate Sauce

Everyone loves a spoonful of cranberry sauce – why not serve one that demands a second helping? The pomegranate juice here adds a sweet and tangy complexity.

Makes 8 Servings


  • 1 bag (12-16 oz.) fresh whole cranberries
  • 2 cups Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp)
  • ¾ cup sugar


  • Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When mixture has thickened, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to chill completely. Can be made a day ahead of serving.
