Apple Nachos
This sweet twist on a savory favourite is both healthy and filling. Serve as a midday snack or light dessert.
Makes 1 to 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 apples of choice
- ¼ cup Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction*
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions

Core and slice apple. Arrange in a single layer on serving plate.

Heat almond butter in small saucepan over low heat. Drizzle on apples.

Pour Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction over apples.

Top with chocolate chips and coconut to serve.
