Tangy Pomegranate Yogurt Salad Dressing
A light and creamy dressing with a zippy finish. Refrigerate leftover dressing in an airtight container for up to five days.
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
¾
cup
Greek yogurt
2
teaspoons
good quality avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
honey
1
teaspoon
Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction* or balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Red Crown Pomegranate Juice (Original or With Pulp) to desired taste / consistency
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except juice in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Add juice, whisk until incorporated.
Drizzle over your favourite salad.
