Apple Nachos

This sweet twist on a savory favourite is both healthy and filling. Serve as a midday snack or light dessert.
Makes 1 to 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 apples of choice
  • ¼ cup Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction*
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Core and slice apple. Arrange in a single layer on serving plate.
  • Heat almond butter in small saucepan over low heat. Drizzle on apples.
  • Pour Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction over apples.
  • Top with chocolate chips and coconut to serve.
